Terms & Conditions

Welcome! By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All of our rugs are handmade with care. Because each piece is individually crafted, slight variations in color, texture, size, and appearance are normal and make every rug unique.

We do our best to accurately display product colors and details. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

Orders may be canceled or refused at our discretion if we suspect fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.

All photos, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of our business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
